We all have heard of this well-known brand, Neutrogena. I like how their products are so affordable and their quantity lives up to your satisfaction. The toner claims to help you effectively eliminate blackheads from the very first use and also prevent new ones from forming, and claims to give you clear & healthy looking skin. The toner is said to deliver instant cooling sensation, tighten pores and soothe skin. The product says that it has blackhead Fighting Complex BHA to remove dead skin cells and control excessive oil. It also states that the Cedarwood extract present in the toner is said to moisturize and help strengthen the skin’s natural water and oil balance, and prevents new blackheads from forming with continuous use.

How to apply
Take sufficient amount on your palms and dap it over your skin gently (you can use cotton pads as well but I prefer my bare hands).
My Experience
Blackheads and enlarged pores had come to be the bane of my existence. I really needed a product that would work wonders in eradicating my problem. I can say that I stumbled upon this product at the right time. Well, I was a little apprehensive because the ingredients in the product are chemical-based. I was very doubtful of using it considering if it will harm my skin or not. But, knowing how to use this toner at specific times (like twice or thrice a week), had shown a wonderful impact on my skin. Also, according to my limited knowledge, I think the ingredients in this toner are meant to balance the PH level on our skin.
Within a month of using the toner, I could see a tremendous reduction on my blackheads as well as whiteheads, around my T-zone. My skin texture felt smooth and my pores were getting invisible.
This was my first toner which had chemical based ingredients. I am happy I took the risk of buying it and now my skin is close to free from blackheads.
Best time to apply
Morning and evening after washing your face. Twice or thrice a week

Contains parabens. (Personally, this is not a huge con per-se. We tend to do more damage to our bodies (skin included) by eating unhealthy and leading unhealthy lifestyles).
